Studio Sessions with the DXB 200 & Apple Mac Pro

Based around the fabulous Mackie Digital X Bus family with a fully automated DAW console for digital audio production. The Studio is now fully integrated and operational, the DXB boasts Twenty-five motorised optical touch sensitive faders each with on board dynamics processors.

The console is connected to a Apple Mac Pro with Quad processors using Logic Pro with a variety of additional support tools and plugins. The system offers true digital recording and up to 128 audio tracks at mixdown. Everything in the chain is sync'd via LTC, SMPTE, MTC, MMC and word Clock sync. Our range of plugins and virtual instruments is extensive and high quality. We also carry acoustic drums by, the latest Roland V Drums, Guitars and basses by Fender, various keyboards and other goodies. Our outboard is by Lexicon, Alesis, Behringer and Drawmer, Mic's by AKG, SE, Shure,
Behringer, Audio Technica. Monitoring in the control room is handled by
Yamaha HS, Tannoy and Court systems.

The live area doubles as a rehearsal room, and is a comfortable 700 square feet it easily accommodates live bands up to 10 piece, seated acoustic players (dance bands, string orchestra etc) probably up to 12 all are easily accommodated in the light and airy room

Our control and live rooms are served by natural day light should you prefer the dark we can close the curtains.
